Sometimes the app will just hang on the loading screen and never start up, so you can't use it at all. Last time this happened I had to remove and reinstall the app, and it looks like I will need to do it again now. The one time log in is also extremely stupid, when I had to reinstall this buggy mess of an app before it sent the link to an email I didn't have access yet to because I had just switched over phones. A charging app needs to be very reliable and this one is far from it.

Since the last update, i can't log in called supprt multiple times. Wrote emails, but still nothing happened. Would be a great charging option. It's a good price as well with subscriptions, but not reliable a lot of time go to the charger and up paying full price or find other charger becouse of an issue with the app or with the Rfid card or with the chargers.

So, I left the original review ( below), I had a reply, apparently they are working hard to change the payment method. So hard in fact that two years later, nothing has changed. Unfortunately I was forced to have to use a BP pulse again. The whole BP pulse experience is pretty shocking. You have to give them a bunch of money, that they'll kindly hold onto until you use it on one of their charge points. Why can't you just charge me for what I use. When I use it...

# Update # Hi Stephen, thanks for your feedback. You are right, we are working hard to change payment in the app so it is simpler for you to charge. The change is complex and will come in the second half of this year. In the meantime, you can send an email to heretohelp@bp.com to request for the full balance to be refunded to you.
