Keeps on saying trying to connect all the time, trying to find s charging point does the same thing, look at Mt transactions does the same thing, it doesn't sync sometimes, the app keeps on crashing, if I could give less stars I works it's done nothing but stress me out but user friendly at all specially when it don't connect can be very frustrating as all my transactions is on there but can't go into it so I can't show the accountant. Not enough words left to carry on about this bad review!!!!

Has the potential to be a good app, when it eventually works properly, but the route planning is currently a bit hit and miss. In particular, at least for my vehicle, it requires that I set state of charge to 100% before offering a route, when I know there are sites I could reach with a lower starting charge. I've revised this review as the initial problems I experienced appear to have been resolved, and the developers should be congratulated for the way they are responding to feedback.

Thanks for the feedback Nigel. We're working on app updates and improvements and the trip planner is one that will improve. Out of interest, can you send me the route you're referring to with vehicle details so I can see exactly what you're experiencing please?

The app is nice enough - fast and easy to use - but for 'partner' sites (BP, Esso, Shell, etc.) it doesn't show how many devices are at a site, nor what the price per kWh is. Also, it seems to randomly apply a filter to show only MFG's own sites rather than partner sites and I can't clear the filter except by restarting the app. Needs looking at!
