The app's layout could use some work. It's not very intuitive how to initiate a public charger. To see updates on your vehicle charging status, you have to go to the map screen and wait for the ribbon to appear on the top that says Charging. However, once you figure it out the app works reliably and is quite speedy. My favorite feature is being able to see visual chart that shows how much energy the battery has taken over the course of the charging session, broken into time intervals.

This app is incredible amounts of useless, and actively prevents me from using my home charger at every turn. It's so hell-bent on trying to be a "charge anywhere app"and can't even let me charge at home. I always have to just go through the website. I've tried multiple times to call for help and always get put on callback only to never actually get a call back. The support documents frequently link to pages that don't exist.

Not good. Not intuitive. Very difficult to set up initially. Limited help from chat, had to figure out most things myself by trial & error. JuiceNet was a much better app. A year later, still not a good app. Stuck in an endless loop trying to log in. Failed, Try again, Failed, try again.... I've force stopped the app, unplugged the wall unit, even restarted my cell phone, all to no avail. The app is unreliable, I never know for sure if it will charge at night or at what amperage.
