The app used to work okay (but never perfectly) on my pixel 6. But since getting a pixel 8 it's super buggy. The map won't load (though you can see the charger pins) so you're left guessing as to which one you need. And when you try and confirm a charge it just hangs up. I ended up going round and round in circles trying to get it to connect but no luck. I gave up in the end! It's particularly annoying as the chargers at work are BP ones, but now I can't use them.

Sometimes the app will just hang on the loading screen and never start up, so you can't use it at all. Last time this happened I had to remove and reinstall the app, and it looks like I will need to do it again now. The one time log in is also extremely stupid, when I had to reinstall this buggy mess of an app before it sent the link to an email I didn't have access yet to because I had just switched over phones. A charging app needs to be very reliable and this one is far from it.

Can't see chargers on the map, not much help on the phone either. Can't even see my subscription or balance. An absolute joke of an app attached to such a big name. Edit: I can see "the developer" stepped in and asked me to send an email to their help bla bla department. Well, if talking with them on the phone didn't help why bother emailing?! Absolute joke.
