Be.EV 4+

I have to use this app every day and it can add minutes on to my journey. There’s no quick way to find the same charging point - you have to go into the map, slowly zoom into your location, then wait for the map to reset back to the original zoom (which it does every time) then zoom in again. A “favourite” function would be so helpful, and feels quite obvious.

Sometimes I plug my car into the EV outlet first, then I have to go through a long process of removing it, waiting 60 seconds until it becomes available in app, then activating then plugging in. If you don’t follow the set process, prepare for pain!

At the end of the day it can take 15 - 30 seconds to deactivate the charge so I can unplug. I actually start that process on the walk to the car park as it’s annoying just standing there and waiting.

The app has been broken for me since September after uninstalling & reinstalling/ logging out and logging in countless times. Every location shows as having 0 stations, and so I am unable to start a charge anywhere. Previously the call line have been reliable helping me to get fuel in my car, however, lately they have been refusing to help recently. Even after reporting the issues on the application several times. The manager seemed unwilling to help find a solution of getting the charger to work. To me this seems ridiculous as I have been choosing to use their service other others.

TIME TO ADDRESS THESE BUGS (and your customer service)

The app is terrible when it comes to show your active charging session. I called the support team and they told me to log out and login again (if you’re an application developer you’d now how doggy is that) which didn’t help. You have increased your charging prices, at least spend some money and hire good developers!
